SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
The products purchased in the online Devon & Devon Outlet are shipped by selected courier and delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the registration form.
Devon & Devon Spa can ship to any address within Europe.
In Switzerland and Norway, a shipping fee of € 50.00 will be added to the shopping cart in the shopping cart. Customs fees will also be charged to Swiss and Norwegian citizens.
Devon & Devon Spa also ships outside Europe. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the delivery address for a personalized quote.
The shipping costs are charged to the recipient and are calculated on the basis of the entity of the order according to the following table:
With an expense from € 0 to € 50 = € 12.00 shipping
With an expense from € 51 to € 200 = € 20.00 shipping
With an expense from € 201 to € 500 = € 45.00 shipping
With an expense from € 501 to € 1,200 = € 75.00 shipping
For orders above € 1,200 the shipping cost is calculated with a 7% of the order value.

In Italy all deliveries are made through the Bartolini courier.
To ship small orders within Europe we use the DHL by land service, while for larger orders we use specialized carriers.
In most cases, the courier will call before delivering the order to arrange a convenient delivery time during normal business hours.
Bartolini, DHL and all other specialized carriers carry out the delivery service on the street level.
Once the order is sent from our warehouse an email will be sent with the details of the shipment.
In Italy: the products available are shipped from our warehouse and are generally delivered within 4-5 working days from the date on which we receive the payment.
In Europe: The products available are shipped from our warehouse and are generally delivered within 7-10 working days from the date on which we receive the payment.
For the Extra Eu countries the delivery times will be communicated by e-mail.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours.
The order is sent when all the ordered products are ready. Orders placed after 6pm (European Time = GMT + 1) are usually processed on the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed before the following Monday.
In the event that the recipient at the time of delivery is not available at your address, the courier will contact the customer at the telephone number provided, to make an appointment for delivery.
How to behave when the product is delivered
Upon receipt, the buyer is required to check the conformity of the products delivered with the order placed.
Upon delivery of the goods, in the presence of the driver, it is necessary to write on the transport documents "goods accepted subject to control". In this way, if there are damages caused by the carrier, not immediately visible, it will be possible to open a claim with the transport company. Any damage found, must be communicated strictly by email no later than 3 days from receipt of goods and before proceeding with the assembly and / or installation.
It is therefore essential to verify:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case complies with the standard features;
- that the number of packages indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;
Only in case of positive outcome of the verification, the buyer must sign the delivery documents of the carrier. Once the document is signed, the buyer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods delivered.
Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, and in the absence of these, the product will be considered delivered correctly.
How to behave in case of damage due to transport
If at the time of delivery of the goods there is obvious damage to the packaging it is necessary to express a reservation to the courier, ie the shipment is accepted, but before signing the transport document the recipient must write on the document: "I accept with reserve right for packaged packaging ".
Once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, compensation can be obtained.
In the event that there are no visible external damage detectable at a first check, it is still possible to raise a claim for damages found inside the package, by sending an email to the address email@example.com
